We used our expertise in 3D seismic and static planning coupled with tools installation to transform dining rooms and offices to a fully functional fabrication area. This complete with SubFab and a clean room.

In the first of its kind in Israel, Sami Najami broke the mold and constructed a 5000 sqm2 office building in two weeks. The 30m beams were without columns and their installation and erection is unique, nationwide.
With modernization high on the agenda, we were able to use all advancing and ongoing planning 3D tools, as the project progressed.

By utilizing OSM practices, we were able to build and install a Chiller plant with cooling tower with just two weeks working at site.
